Cinna is Katniss' stylist. He is much more quiet and reserved than many of the other people who live in the Capitol. His physical appearance is described as normal except for his gold eyeliner. Cinna is kind and understanding of Katniss, and he thinks out of the box compared to the rest of the Capitol's inhabitants. Someone similar to Cinna for me would be my Uncle Dave. He tends to have a different way of thinking than many other people, and is like a mentor to me how Cinna is to Katniss. He also wears gold eyeliner like Cinna does. Nahh just kidding (;
